caferacer.

In my daily surge for nice bikes, i came along a great caferacerblog. The first thing i noticed was this briliant falcon bike. No caferacer but a perfect mix of an old school racer and a bobber. beautiful.
I think this blog is going to be one of my favorits..

testdrive

its time to ride motherfuckers..........

the building

rebuilding, i made some new light-brackets, and started with the front.
normally its less is better, but on a caferacer you need 2 meters.
that's my opinion.
lightbrackets are aluminium, made at work on our cnc punch machine.

i think the rims look great , just like the brakedisc's.

today i was at a local hotrod show, great cars and some perfect old school bikes.
2 pics of my favorit bikes of the show, a great hardtail with a nice shovel, and a more than perfect swing-arm chop.
rigid made by struts, and ofcourse a shovel.
looks great for a stock frame.

and what about these cars a grat leedslet and the best of show hot-rod.
a few years ago i was all into american cars. i realy like these badass cars,
first sell some bike's and then i will get me one.

paint.

New paint.
yes i know, the frame looks black.
Actualy it's a kind of grey, black metallic. It sparkels in the sun. Even the rims sparkle, The idee was to let them be the original colour, black. but wen i started polishing them, i figured it was a better idee to remove all the paint, and spray them grey.
Everything is done by ratlecan.
nothing beats a ratlecan paintjob.

speedholes

i thougt the disk were to heavy, so i drilled a lot off hole's in it.
first i made a model on our cnc machine at work. and then i started drilling. 150 hole's.I also painted them grey. i hate black. 2 disc's done, 1 to go.
nice detail, 1 left, 1 right.

z 650 chopper

In my search for a foto of my dog , i cane along some old foto's of the z650 hardtail.
damn i wished the bike was still mine.
I think it could have bin a great ride.
It had an original bates seat from the 60'
The longer i look at it the more i'm thinking why did i sell it.to litle time at that moment,

cool savage, cooler triumph.

what about this savage, looks nice but much to simpel.
The id of a savage is still spinning in my head, but its got to be more extreme.

in my surch for great caferacers, i found a perfect triumph, old school meets new school. Is it a caferacer or a bobber?

gs 550

searching for some pictures of gs caferacers i found some great pics of 3 cool bikes.
watching it i think 'i need other rims, with spokes" but that costs money, and i realy want to finish it fast. To much idee's , to litle times.

bikeshow.

the best bike of the whole show, a suzuki savage with a blower. Still under construction, but i love it allready.More and more i am thinking of bying a savage to make a damn fucking great bike. When i've finisd the gs i'm sure its going to be a 650.

2 pictures off 2 off the best bikes at the show. One bike is an originel zero bike,

the other has a great paintjob and the best primair cover of the show.

ortwin would kill for one. Ithink we have to go to Sweden for it. Pictures taken by my daughter. She is all into motorcycles already. And knows what i like.

pan european

today we went to the big-twin bikeshow at Rosmalen. we've seen some nice bikes
old school and a lot off great shit we can't buy.
but the best machine's always stand outside.
we walked into this this 3 wheeled car wich has a honda pan european motor inside.
looks fucking great. I wonder what kind off pils this guy has used.
